Fill PDF form reads the interactive fields in a document and lets you complete them: type into text fields, tick checkboxes, and pick radio or dropdown options. Save the result, optionally flattened so the values become fixed and can’t be changed. Typed text uses an embedded Unicode font, so Polish and accented input is written correctly.

How it works

  1. Choose the PDF form.
  2. The fields load automatically — fill them in.
  3. Leave “flatten” on to lock the values (recommended).
  4. Click Fill and save, then download.

Example uses

  • Completing an application or registration form.
  • Ticking agreement boxes and choosing options before sending.
  • Filling a template and flattening it so it can’t be edited.

Frequently asked questions

My PDF has no fillable fields — what now?

This tool fills existing interactive fields. If a PDF has none, use Sign PDF to place text, or Edit PDF to type anywhere on the page.

What does flatten do?

Flattening turns the filled values into fixed page content so they can’t be edited or cleared. Turn it off if you want the fields to stay interactive.

Will Polish characters work?

Yes — filled text is drawn with an embedded Unicode font, so accented and Polish characters render correctly.

Your files stay on your device

This tool runs entirely in your browser. After the page has loaded, nothing about your document is sent to a server — no upload, no account, no watermark.
